The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has announced the payout schedule for Group 2 and Group 3 beneficiaries of its UPLIFT Assistance program.
Group 2 beneficiaries will receive ₱4,000 for the third and fourth installments, while some Group 3 members of the Social Security System (SSS) will receive up to ₱8,000 starting Oct. 30.
UPLIFT, or the Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport, targets 7.5 million households, divided into three groups. Qualified Group 3 beneficiaries receive ₱2,000 monthly from July to December 2026, or up to ₱12,000 over six months. The assistance is part of the government’s response to higher fuel prices linked to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
Group 2: digital and manual payouts

Group 2 beneficiaries with a GCash account, other e-wallet, or bank account will receive the full ₱4,000 digitally on Nov. 6, 2026. They do not need to go to a payout site.
DSWD urged beneficiaries to check and update their details on the UPLIFT G2P Portal at uplift-g2p.dswd.gov.ph so the money arrives faster. Three details must be correct:
- the spelling of basic personal information
- the GCash, e-wallet, or bank account number
- the email address and contact number
Beneficiaries on manual payout will also receive the full ₱4,000. Payouts run from Nov. 2 to Nov. 30, 2026. DSWD said it will issue a notice with each beneficiary’s exact schedule and venue.
Group 3: SSS members

Group 3 covers SSS members listed in the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) of the Philippine Statistics Authority. They must have enrolled a disbursement account in the SSS Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM) on the dates SSS set. The schedule depends on the member’s monthly salary credit (MSC):
- ₱10,000 MSC: DSWD will credit the full ₱8,000 for the first to fourth installments starting Oct. 30, 2026. Members who have already received the first and second installments will get the third and fourth (₱4,000) at the same time.
- ₱20,000 MSC: DSWD will credit the third and fourth installments (₱4,000) together on Nov. 6, 2026.
All Group 3 credits go to the member’s enrolled disbursement account.
Program background
Group 3 consists of SSS members whose monthly salary credit is ₱20,000 and below, comprising 1.5 million households. Group 2 is made up of 2.5 million poor and near-poor households identified through CBMS. Group 1 is made up of 3.5 million households in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and the Walang Gutom Program, and they receive a one-time ₱2,000. DSWD has said that beneficiaries are already identified and do not need to apply.
