The Social Security System (SSS) has listed five conditions that members may use to check whether they qualify for Group 3 of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) UPLIFT Assistance.
According to the SSS, a member qualifies for UPLIFT cash aid if:
- The member’s household is on the Philippine Statistics Authority’s 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) list and has not received UPLIFT aid under DSWD Groups 1 and 2.
- The member was an SSS employed member in June 2026.
- The member has at least one SSS contribution from January 2025 to June 2026.
- The member’s last contribution as of June 2026 falls at a monthly salary credit (MSC) of ₱20,000 or lower.
- The member has a disbursement account enrolled with the SSS as of April 30, 2026.

The SSS said members who meet all five conditions should watch for an official notice in their My.SSS account, which will state whether they are eligible to receive the assistance.
The agency has also advised members to check their My.SSS accounts for official notifications on eligibility.
What Group 3 covers
UPLIFT is divided into three beneficiary groups. Group 3 is made up of SSS members whose monthly salary credit is P20,000 and below, comprising 1.5 million households. Beneficiaries in Groups 2 and 3 are scheduled to receive P2,000 a month for six months, from July to December.
Unlike Groups 1 and 2, qualified Group 3 beneficiaries receive their assistance through their enrolled SSS disbursement accounts and do not need to report to payout venues. Members cannot apply through a public form or registration website.
Payout status
The DSWD reported on August 3 that around 978,000 Group 3 households had received their July UPLIFT cash aid. The DSWD has since said that Group 3 members’ third and fourth tranches, equal to P4,000, will be credited to their SSS disbursement accounts starting November 6.
Members who have not enrolled a disbursement account, or who cannot find a notice in My.SSS, may contact the SSS through its official channels.
