SSS LoanLite now on RCBC DiskarTech: Borrow ₱1,000 to ₱20,000

Qualified SSS members can now borrow ₱1,000 to ₱20,000 from their phones, as SSS LoanLite goes live on the RCBC DiskarTech app.

No branch visit, no employer sign-off

SSS LoanLite is a short-term digital loan for active SSS members, powered by RCBC DiskarTech. You apply entirely in the app. There is no employer certification or approval, and no salary deduction handled by your employer. That means you can apply on your own, without going through HR.

You can also apply if you already have an SSS and/or RCBC loan, as long as you’re not past due and your credit standing is good. If you’re approved, the loan goes straight to your RCBC DiskarTech account.

Loan amounts and terms

You can borrow ₱1,000 to ₱20,000, payable over 60 or 90 days. Approval still depends on SSS eligibility rules, along with the applicable rates, fees and charges.

Who can apply

You need to be an active SSS member who meets these requirements:

  • At least 12 months of paid monthly contributions
  • Filipino citizen, 18 to 65 years old at the end of the loan term
  • No past due SSS Short-Term Member Loan/s
  • An RCBC DiskarTech Regular Savings Account
  • An SSS Transaction Reference Number (TRN) or a MySSS Card powered by RCBC DiskarTech

How to apply

  1. Open the RCBC DiskarTech app and select SSS LoanLite.
  2. Agree to the applicable terms and consent.
  3. Enter the necessary information and submit it to check your qualification status.
  4. If you’re eligible, choose your loan amount and term.
  5. Provide the required information, review the Disclosure Statement and complete the authentications.
  6. Check your RCBC account balance to confirm the loan proceeds have been credited.

No MySSS Card yet?

Start in the My.SSS Portal and pick RCBC as your preferred financial institution. The portal generates a TRN. Use it to register on the RCBC DiskarTech app. You don’t have to wait for the physical card to arrive before applying, as long as you’ve completed the online registration and meet the requirements.

What it costs

SSS LoanLite carries an 8% annual interest rate, or about 0.67% per month. Other fees and charges are shown during the application, so read the Disclosure Statement before you confirm. Borrow only what you need and can repay within the 60- or 90-day term.

SSS LoanLite is available now in the RCBC DiskarTech app. If you’re missing a requirement, such as the savings account or TRN, you can set those up first and apply afterward.
