Qualified beneficiaries of the government’s UPLIFT assistance program can expect their third and fourth cash tranches from late October to November. The schedule depends on the beneficiary group and, for Social Security System (SSS) members, on monthly salary credit (MSC).
UPLIFT, or the Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport, is run by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). It was launched in July to help households cope with higher fuel prices during the national energy emergency. Each tranche is ₱2,000.
When will the payouts be released?
SSS members with an MSC of ₱10,000 or below, who are covered by the expanded program, can receive up to ₱8,000 starting October 30.
SSS members with an MSC of ₱20,000 are scheduled to receive ₱4,000 for the third and fourth tranches on November 6.
Group 2 households, which are poor and near-poor households identified through the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS), will receive ₱4,000 for the third and fourth tranches during the November payout period.
Group 2 beneficiaries with registered GCash, e-wallet and bank accounts will receive ₱4,000 on November 6.
DSWD announced this schedule in an advisory posted October 25.

Who is eligible?
Group 2 covers poor and near-poor households identified through the Philippine Statistics Authority’s 2024 CBMS. Members of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and the Walang Gutom Program make up Group 1, which received a one-time ₱2,000 payment.
Group 3 is made up of SSS members. The assistance for Groups 2 and 3 runs monthly from July to December.
An MSC of ₱10,000 or below does not by itself qualify a member. SSS members must also have enrolled a disbursement account through the SSS Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM) within the prescribed period.

How much will beneficiaries receive?
SSS members with an MSC of ₱20,000 receive ₱4,000 for the third and fourth tranches, credited at the same time.
Under the expanded coverage, members with an MSC of ₱10,000 or below who have received no UPLIFT aid get the full ₱8,000 covering all four tranches.
Those who already received the first two tranches (₱4,000) get an additional ₱4,000.
How to claim the aid
No application is needed. Beneficiaries were identified in advance, so there is no form to file or office to visit to get on the list.
- SSS members: The aid is credited directly to the registered SSS disbursement account, with no need to go to a payout venue. Members can check their My.SSS accounts for official notices on eligibility.
- Group 2 households: The first payout was claimed in person so DSWD could verify beneficiaries and enroll an account. Later payouts are credited to a digital wallet or bank account, including GCash and Land Bank.
- Payout schedules: Dates and venues for Group 2 are released through DSWD advisories.
Beneficiaries have also been advised to secure a PhilSys National ID and to enroll in a digital payment platform. Teams from the PSA at payout venues can register people who do not yet have a National ID.
