Subscribing to Globe promos is a good way to save money on texts, calls or mobile data. Sometimes, however, we want to stop our Globe promo subscription because we want to register to another promo or simply because we changed our mind. So how do you stop your Globe promo and unsubscribe from it?

There are several reasons why you’d want to stop your Globe promo. You may want to unsubscribe from a Globe promo in order to register to another promo that suits your needs better.

That is if you cannot register to another promo while you still have an active subscription. Or perhaps you don’t like what’s included in the promo and you want to stop it rather than let it go unused.

Whatever your reason is, it’s quite easy to stop your Globe promo subscription. But keep in mind that you will not get a refund of your unused data and SMS allocation should you stop your Globe promo. If you unsubscribe from a Globe promo, you will forfeit the cost of registration.

So without further ado, let’s talk about how to stop a Globe promo so that you can register again to another promo.

How to Stop Globe Promo via Text

The most common way to stop a Globe promo is to text <KEYWORD> STOP and send to 8080.

For example, to stop a SuperSurf promo, text SUPERSURF STOP and send to 8080.

In some promos, you’ll have to use OFF instead of STOP. For example, to stop a SuperUnli promo, text SUPER OFF to 8080.

The table below shows some Globe promos and the keyword format you should use to stop or unsubscribe from them.

PromoKeyword
GOALL20GOALL20 STOP to 2555
GOALLNET(GOALLNET KEYWORD) OFF to 8080
GOSAKTOGOSAKTO STOP to 8080
GOSURFGS STOP to 8080
GOUNLI(GOUNLI KEYWORD) STOP to 8080
GOUNLI (stop data only)(GOUNLI KEYWORD)MB STOP to 8080
SULITXTSLTX OFF to 8080
SUPERSURFSUPERSURF STOP to 8080
SUPERUNLISUPER OFF to 8080

For GoUnli and GoAllnet promos, you will have to type the corresponding keyword for the promo. For instance, to stop the GoUnli20 promo, you text GOUNLI20 STOP to 8080. To stop only the mobile data, text GOUNLI20MB STOP to 8080 (insert “MB” after the keyword, without spaces).

You can check out our list of Globe promos for the correct keyword to use. Be sure to include the word STOP. You can also try OFF if STOP doesn’t work.

How to Stop Globe Promo via GlobeOne App

Another way to stop a Globe promo is through the GlobeOne mobile app, which allows you to manage your Globe account, subscribe to promos and track usage all in one place. You can download the app from Google Play or the App Store.

After you’ve added your number to the GlobeOne app, you will see the option to unsubscribe from your active promos. Click the “Unsubscribe” link and then “Yes, Unsubscribe” to stop the promo.

How to stop Globe promo using GlobeOne app

With the GlobeOne app, you don’t have to remember any keywords because you can instantly stop a promo with just a few clicks. It’s definitely easier and more convenient than texting the keyword but the downside is that it requires an Internet connection.

Contact Globe Customer Support

If all else fails, you can always call 211 and request to unsubscribe from your current promo. Only call the Globe customer service service hotline if you have already tried the other options and were unsuccessful.

You can also reach out to Globe’s Facebook or Twitter social media accounts, and state that you want to stop your promo subscription as well as the reason for it.

There you have it. You’ve just learned how to unsubscribe from a Globe promo via text or the GlobeOne app. If you have any questions or concerns, just call the Globe customer service hotline 211 for answers to your queries.
