Imagine that you’re texting a friend and he suddenly goes silent because he ran out of prepaid load. Fortunately, you can rescue your friend from this tight situation by sharing your extra load with him. I’ll teach you how to pasaload or “share a load” in Globe and TM.

Globe Telecom offers its subscribers the ability to share their extra load credits to other subscribers. With the Globe share-a-load service, you can send your prepaid load to friends and loved ones who have run out of airtime credits. Globe subscribers can share load from as low as ₱1 to as high as ₱500, with varying expiration periods or validity.

What makes the Globe pasaload service different from Smart is that the former allows you to set a PIN code for share-a-load transactions. The PIN code acts like a password, preventing others from transferring your prepaid load without your knowledge. You can still share load without setting a PIN code, however.

Another advantage of Globe pasaload is that it allows you to send virtually any amount up to ₱150 (for prepaid subscribers) or ₱500 (for postpaid subscribers). This means that you can send random amounts like ₱27. This is not possible with other networks which must be in increments of 5 or 10 (such as ₱15 or ₱60).

Aside from sharing prepaid load to other Globe or TM subscribers, you can also share Globe text, call and Internet data promos. This eliminates the need for your recipient to register for his desired Globe or TM promo. You simply send the Globe promo to your intended recipient and he can immediately enjoy the benefits of said promo.

How to Pasaload to a Globe or TM Subscriber

How to pasaload in Globe and TM

There are two ways to share a load in Globe or TM. The first one is to send an SMS or text message. The second one is by dialing *143#.

Pasaload via SMS

To pasaload to a Globe or TM subscriber, just text the load amount to 2 + 10-digit number of the recipient, replacing the prefix “0” with the number “2”.

For example: 100 and send to 29123456789.

If you have a PIN, text the load amount and PIN to 2 + 10-digit number of the recipient, also replacing the prefix “0” with “2”. Read more below to learn how to set your Globe pasaload PIN.

For example: 100 1234 and send to 29123456789.

Just wait for the confirmation message of your transaction. Reply YES within 5 minutes to proceed with the pasaload. An additional ₱1 fee will be charged for every successful transaction.

Pasaload via *143#

Another way to perform Globe pasaload is to dial the USSD code *143#.

Globe pasaload via *143#

Just dial *143# on your phone and navigate to MyAccount and then Share-A-Load/Promo/MB. Choose from any of the following:

  1. Share Load w/o PIN. Enter the amount (₱1 to ₱150) and then type in the 10-digit number of the recipient (without the prefix “0”). Example: 9123456789.
  2. Share Load w/ PIN. Enter your four-digit PIN, enter the amount to send (₱1 to ₱150), and then enter the 10-digit number of the recipient (without the prefix “0”). Example: 09123456789.
  3. Share Promo w/o PIN. Choose the type of number (Globe Prepaid, TM, Globe Tattoo, Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi, or Globe MyBusiness Prepaid Internet) and then select the promo that you want to share. Enter the 10-digit number of the recipient without the prefix “0”.
  4. Share Promo w/ PIN. Enter your four-digit PIN and then choose the type of number (Globe Prepaid, TM, Globe Tattoo, Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi, or Globe MyBusiness Prepaid Internet). Select the promo that you want to share and enter the 10-digit number of the recipient without the prefix “0”.
  5. Share MBs (GS Share). Enter the number of megabytes (MBs) that you want to share, from 10 to 30 MB only. You will be charged ₱5 per share. Next, enter the 10-digit number of the recipient (without the prefix “0”).

Wait for the confirmation message of your transaction. Reply YES within 5 minutes to continue with the transaction.

Globe Pasaload Denominations and Validity

Here are the different denominations (load amounts) for the Globe share-a-load service and their corresponding validity:

Load AmountValidity
₱1 – 103 days
₱11 – 5015 days
₱51 to 10030 days
₱101 – 15045 days
₱151 – 25060 days
₱251 – 29975 days
₱300 and above1 year

Globe prepaid subscribers are allowed a maximum of 5 share-a-load transactions per day, with a limit of ₱150 per transaction. On the other hand, Globe postpaid subscribers are subject to a maximum credit limit of ₱500 regardless of the plan.

How to Pasaload a Globe or TM Promo

To share a Globe or TM promo, text the promo keyword to 2 + 10-digit number of the recipient (replace the prefix “0” with “2”).

For example: GOSURF10 and send to 29123456789.

Wait for the confirmation message and reply YES to proceed with the transaction.

How to Set Your Globe or TM Pasaload PIN

You can set a PIN to prevent theft of your prepaid load. To set your Globe pasaload PIN, text REG <4-digit PIN> <4-10 character PIN Clue> and send to 2916. You will be charged ₱1 for the transaction.

For example: REG 1025 BIRTHDAY and send to 2916.

If you have already registered a PIN but forgot it, you can retrieve it by texting GET <MPIN Clue> and send to 2916. For example: GET BIRTHDAY and send to 2916.

You can also set your Globe pasaload PIN by dialing *143# and going to MyAccount and then Share-A-Load/Promo/MB and then Change Share PIN.

What if you forgot your MPIN clue? After three incorrect PIN retrieval attempts, you will receive a text message asking you to reset your PIN. Just follow the instructions to reset the PIN. After that, you can set a new PIN.
