Have you ever experienced wanting to text someone only to discover that you don’t have any remaining load? Before you ask your friend to send you load or go outside to buy prepaid load (or even buy load online), you can try to borrow load. I will teach you how to borrow load in Smart and TNT based on my personal experience.

Smart and TNT offer their subscribers the ability to borrow load or texts in case of emergency. You can even borrow text, call and Internet promos as long as you’re qualified.

The Smart SOS service or “utang load” allows you to borrow prepaid load credits or selected text, call and Internet bundles so you don’t have to request for a pasaload from friends or family.

After receiving the Smart loan load, you will be deducted the corresponding amount on your next load recharge or top-up. So keep that in mind the next time you top up your prepaid load credits because Smart will automatically deduct the amount of your loan.

So who are qualified to borrow load in Smart or TNT? For starters, your Smart or TNT SIM needs to be active for at least 30 days. This is meant to prevent abuse. So make sure that your SIM is at least a month old before availing of the Smart SOS service.

Take note that you can borrow only one Smart SOS loan at a time. If you have an unpaid loan, you need to pay it before you can borrow again.

How to Borrow Load in Smart and TNT

Borrowing load from Smart or TNT is very easy. All you need is a mobile phone (obviously) and you can borrow load even if you have zero balance. Here are some ways to borrow load in Smart and TNT:

Dial *767 or *SOS

Just dial *767 on your mobile phone and wait for a text message confirming your loan.

Easy, isn’t it? So the next time you run out of load and you needed to contact someone urgently, just dial *767 or follow any of the methods mentioned above. Don’t forget to pay your loan by reloading your prepaid load or texting PAY to 7676.
