FamLoad promos are stackable and extendable, which means that you can subscribe to a new FamLoad promo and the remaining MBs will be added to the new data allocation. The validity will then be extended to follow the expiry date of the newly registered promo.

How to Register to FamLoad Promos
You can register or subscribe to FamLoad promos through the following options:
MyPLDT Smart App
The myPLDT Smart app allows you to manage all your PLDT and Smart accounts in one place. After downloading the app from Google Play or the App Store, register an account and enroll your PLDT Home Wifi Prepaid number. The app will automatically detect your number.
On the myPLDT Smart app, choose your PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi number. Tap “View account” and then the “Promos” tab at the bottom. You can then see a list of FamLoad promos that you can register.
Make sure that you have enough prepaid load to buy the promo. You can “pasaload” to your PLDT Home number by texting PASALOAD <number> <amount> and send to 808. For example: PASALOAD 09123456789 200 and send to 808.
Maya (Formerly PayMaya)
Another way to register to FamLoad promos is through the Maya (formerly PayMaya) app. If you don’t have a Maya account yet, just download it from Google Play or the App Store and open a free account (you can use the referral code 23pfpum to get ₱50 for free).
Open the Maya app and go to “Load.” Scroll down and look for PLDT FamLoad promos or you can search for it. Select the promo that you want to register and enter your details.
PLDT Home WiFi Dashboard
You can also subscribe to FamLoad promos via the PLDT Home WiFi dashboard. Make sure that you have enough load and then go to pldthome.com/homewifiload on your browser. Select the FamLoad package that you wish to register. The corresponding amount will then be deducted from your load balance after successful registration.
PLDT and Smart Stores, 7-Eleven
FamLoad is also available in PLDT, Smart and Sun stores, as well as 7-Eleven convenience stores.
How to Check Your FamLoad Balance
You can check your FamLoad balance on the myPLDT Smart app. Just login to the app, go to your PLDT or Smart Bro account and tap “View account” to see your remaining MBs and expiry dates.
You can also check your balance via the PLDT Home WiFi dashboard at pldthome.com/homewifiload. Be sure that you’re connected to your PLDT WiFi to access your account.

Hope they will bring back the Famload double data promo since not all are student that uses heavy YouTube and MS365…. Hope PLDT can offer more load options other than these video plus options pls….
I am a student, the Famload Study 999 really didn’t help me. The apps sponsored by these Famload Study were not even used by teachers here in the Philippines. Microsoft Office is also a free app that doesn’t need data and they allocated almost 90GB on it, knowing we cannot use it. Wasted 1000 worth of money for a 24GB usable data for Google Chrome.
