The daily data allocation (1GB/day or 2GB/day) refreshes everyday at 12 AM (midnight) during the validity of the promo.
FamLoad promos are stackable and extendable, which means that you can subscribe to a new FamLoad promo and the remaining MBs will be added to the new data allocation. The validity will then be extended to follow the expiry date of the newly registered promo.
If you consume your All Access data allocation for the day, you can still continue to surf the Internet but it will consume your fixed data allocation.
How to Register to FamLoad Promos
You can register or subscribe to FamLoad promos through the following options:
Smart App
Note: The myPLDT Smart app is no longer available for download. PLDT and Smart users may use the Smart mobile app instead.
The Smart mobile app allows you to manage all your PLDT and Smart accounts in one place. After downloading the app from Google Play or the App Store, register an account and link your PLDT Home WiFi Prepaid number.
On the Smart app, choose your PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi number (if you have multiple accounts). Look for the FamLoad All Access or the FamLoad All Access+ tiles and then choose your desired promo.
Make sure that you have enough prepaid load to buy the promo. You can “pasaload” to your PLDT Home number by texting PASALOAD <number> <amount> and send to 808. For example: PASALOAD 09123456789 200 and send to 808.
Maya App
Another way to register to FamLoad promos is through the Maya (formerly PayMaya) app. If you don’t have a Maya account yet, just download it from Google Play or the App Store and open a free account (you can use the referral code WY6Q70MVZ3QR to get ₱50 for free).
Follow these steps to buy a FamLoad promo using the Maya app:
- Open the Maya app.
- Select “Load.”
- Select the “Broadband” tab at the bottom.
- Tap “Smart Bro Home Wifi.”
- Enter your PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi number.
- Choose a FamLoad All Access or FamLoad All Access+ promo.
- Press “Buy this load” to complete the purchase.

I am a student, the Famload Study 999 really didn’t help me. The apps sponsored by these Famload Study were not even used by teachers here in the Philippines. Microsoft Office is also a free app that doesn’t need data and they allocated almost 90GB on it, knowing we cannot use it. Wasted 1000 worth of money for a 24GB usable data for Google Chrome.
