How to Register to Smart Unli Call and Text Promos
It’s easy to register to a Smart unli call and text promo; all you have to do is to text the corresponding keyword to 9999. Refer to the table above for the correct keyword of your chosen UCT promo.
For example, text UCT30 to 9999 to subscribe to the Smart UCT30 promo (unlimited calls to Smart/TNT/Sun + unlimited texts to all networks + 100MB mobile data for Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp).
Make sure that you have enough prepaid load to cover the registration cost. You will receive a text message if your Smart UCT promo registration is successful.
If you’re having problems with text registration, you can also register to Smart UCT promos by dialing *123# and going to Other Offers > UCT and select the unli call and text promo that you want to register. After selecting the promo (for example, UCT25), choose Subscribe to register to it.
How to Check Your Balance
You can check your Smart balance by texting BAL to 2200. You will receive a text message with information on your remaining prepaid load credits, data allocation and expiry date.
You may also dial *123# and navigate to Balance/Services > Check Balance to get real-time information on your remaining load and data balance.
How to Stop Smart UCT Promo
If you want to subscribe to another Smart promo, you can stop your existing promo. To stop a Smart unli call and text promo, text STOP <Keyword> to 9999.
For example, to stop your UCT50 promo subscription, text STOP UCT50 to 9999. You will then receive a text message confirming that you have unsubscribed from the promo. You are now free to register to another Smart promo.
