How to Register to DITO Promos
In order to subscribe to DITO plans, you will need to install the mobile app on your phone (download from Google Play or the App Store) and register for a free account. If you don’t want to use the mobile app, you can sign up to the MyDITO website using your DITO mobile number.
Follow these steps to register to a promo:
- Login to the DITO mobile app or the MyDITO website.
- Click the “Buy/Manage Promo” icon.
- Choose your preferred promo by clicking the “Buy Now” button.
- Pay using your load balance or through debit/credit card, GCash, GrabPay, Maya, ShopeePay, or WeChat Pay.
- Wait for the text message confirming your successful promo registration.
You can register to the promo again even if your subscription is still active. Your unused data allocation and call minutes will then be transferred to the new subscription.
How to Avail of the DITO SIM Starter Pack
New subscribers with the DITO SIM Starter Pack may activate their SIM and register to a data promo by following these steps:
- Buy a SIM Starter Pack from the DITO store or authorized retailer.
- Insert the SIM into your phone’s SIM slot.
- Activate the SIM by connecting to data or by texting or calling someone. You can also follow the activation steps in this article.
- You will receive a welcome text once your SIM is activated. The welcome text includes a link to download the DITO mobile app and your initial password.
- Login to the app using your initial password.
- Click the “Buy/Manage Promo” icon.
- Choose your desired promo by clicking the “Buy Now” button.
- Pay using your load balance or through debit/credit card, GCash, GrabPay, Maya, ShopeePay, or WeChat Pay.
- Wait for the text messaging confirming the successful promo registration.
New subscribers can get up to 25GB data for free by activating their SIM, downloading the mobile app, and subscribing to a Level-Up offer. This offer is available to all subscribers who will activate their SIM Starter Pack from June 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 (extended until December 31, 2023).
