HelloMoney by AUB, the Social Security System, and Asia United Bank have expanded their MySSS Card Instant Issuance Kiosk network to cover Metro Manila and additional sites across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, bringing the total number of participating kiosks to more than 40 nationwide.
The kiosks let SSS members claim a physical MySSS Card in as fast as five minutes, provided the member has already completed the online application in advance. The five-minute turnaround does not apply to walk-in applicants without a completed application, and all cards remain subject to PSA verification before release. All kiosks operate Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

With this expansion, the instant issuance service now spans all three major island groups, covering 16 sites in NCR, 14 in Luzon outside NCR, 8 in the Visayas, and 8 in Mindanao. HelloMoney by AUB said additional kiosks are planned, though it did not specify a timeline or the next locations to be covered.
Members who wish to use the service can locate their nearest kiosk through the HelloMoney app, available on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Huawei App Gallery. The MySSS Card functions as an SSS member’s official identification for accessing benefit claims, loan applications, and other transactions with the agency.
