HelloMoney by AUB has partnered with the Social Security System (SSS) to open MySSS Card Instant Issuance Kiosks in five Visayas locations, allowing members to apply for and receive a physical MySSS Card in as fast as five minutes.
The kiosks are now open at SSS branches in Cebu City, Bacolod City, Iloilo (Pavia), Tacloban City, and Tagbilaran City, giving SSS members across the region a faster alternative to the standard card issuance process, which has typically required members to wait weeks for delivery.
The five kiosks are located at:
- SSS Cebu, Social Security System Building, Osmeña Boulevard, Kalubihan, Cebu City.
- SSS Bacolod, Social Security System Building, Lacson Street, Barangay 17, Bacolod City.
- SSS Iloilo Central, Ground Floor, City Mall Pavia, VP F. Lopez Avenue corner Circumferential Road 1, Ungka II, Pavia, Iloilo.
- SSS Tacloban, Ground and Second Floor, Caroline Cordiel Building, Lopez Jaena Street corner M.H. Del Pilar Street, Barangay 2, Tacloban City, Leyte.
- SSS Tagbilaran, Second Floor, Galleria Luisa Building, Governor Celestino Gallares Street, Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
All five kiosks operate Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
For Cebu-based SSS members, the addition of a Cebu City kiosk eliminates a common issue in claiming benefits, loans, and other transactions that require a physical MySSS Card as valid identification. Members in Iloilo, Bacolod, Tacloban, and Tagbilaran have the same privilege without needing to travel to Metro Manila or wait for postal delivery, which has historically been a source of delay for cardholders outside major urban centers.
HelloMoney by AUB said additional kiosks are planned for other locations, though it did not specify a timeline or the next cities to be covered.
Members who wish to use the service can locate their nearest kiosk through the HelloMoney app, available on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Huawei App Gallery. The MySSS Card functions as an SSS member’s official identification for accessing benefit claims, loan applications, and other transactions with the agency.
HelloMoney by AUB has not disclosed whether the instant issuance service will expand to Luzon or Mindanao, or whether it plans to extend kiosk operating hours beyond the current weekday schedule.
