No need to panic, however, because there are several ways to load your DITO SIM without ever leaving your couch. No need to rush to the nearby sari-sari store when you can reload your DITO account directly on your mobile phone.

If you don’t have the DITO app installed on your phone yet, you can download it from Google Play or the App Store.
Follow these steps to load your DITO SIM using the DITO mobile app:
Step 1: Open the DITO app and sign in using your DITO number and password, if you haven’t done so already. Your password can be found on the welcome text message after you activated your DITO SIM.
Step 2: Tap “Buy Load” on the DITO app home screen.
Step 3: Choose your desired load denomination (e.g. ₱10, ₱30, ₱50, etc.) or enter a custom denomination. Your DITO number is automatically selected but you can enter or choose a different number. Press the “Buy Load” button to proceed.
Step 4: You can now choose your payment method. As of this writing, there are four payment methods available: debit/credit card, WeChat Pay, GCash and GrabPay. After choosing your payment method, tap “Proceed to Payment.”
Step 5: In our example, we’ve selected GCash. Login to GCash by entering your GCash number. Tap “Next.”
Step 6: Enter the 6-digit authentication code that was sent to your GCash number. Tap “Next.”
Step 7: Enter your GCash 4-digit MPIN and press “Next.”
Step 8: Review your payment details, making sure that you have enough balance. If everything looks good, press the “Pay” button.
Step 9: If the purchase is successful, you will receive a text confirmation from DITO. Your load purchase will also be reflected on your load balance shown on the DITO app.
Easy, isn’t it? You can now use your DITO load to subscribe to promos on the app. Just select “Buy Promo,” choose your preferred promo, and then select “Pay with Load Balance” to register to the promo.
How to Load Your DITO SIM Using GCash
Lots of people are using GCash to buy prepaid load instead of going to the neighborhood store. GCash is a digital wallet that lets you make cashless transactions like sending money, paying bills, shopping online, and of course, buying cellphone load.

These are the steps to load your DITO SIM using the GCash app:
Step 1: Open the GCash app and login using your MPIN. On the home screen, tap “Buy Load.”
Step 2: Enter the DITO mobile number you want to reload, or select it from your contacts. Tap “Next.”
Step 3: You’re now presented with several load denominations from various mobile networks such as Smart, Globe and DITO. To buy DITO load, select the DITO tab and then choose the amount to purchase. Tap “Next” to continue.
Step 4: Review your transaction details and then press the “Pay” button.
Step 5: If your load purchase is successful, you will receive SMS confirmation from both GCash and DITO. Be sure to check your load balance on the DITO app as well.
How to Load Your DITO SIM Using Maya (formerly PayMaya)
Maya is another e-wallet app that works the same way as GCash. With your Maya wallet, you can buy prepaid load for all mobile networks including DITO Telecommunity.

Here’s how to load your DITO SIM using the Maya app:
Step 1: Launch the Maya app, login with your password, and select “Load” on the home screen.
Step 2: A list of telco networks will be shown. Select “DITO.”
Step 3: Choose the load denomination or promo that you want to buy (e.g. DITO Regular Load 15).
Step 4: Enter your DITO number, select the source (default is PayMaya) and write an optional message. Press “Next.”
