Checking your load balance is one way to know if you have enough load to make a call or register to a prepaid promo. If you’re a Globe prepaid or postpaid subscriber, you might want to know how to perform a balance inquiry and check your Globe balance.

It’s also a good thing to check your balance from time to time, especially if you’re currently subscribed to a promo. That way, you will know when your prepaid promo will expire so that you can prepare for it and register to another promo. If you’re subscribed to a mobile data promo, you will also know how many MBs you have remaining in your data allocation.

Globe balance inquiry is free so you can check your balance as many times as you want. Just choose your favorite method to inquire about your Globe balance, whether by texting a keyword, dialing a number or using the SIM menu. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, so pick one that you are most comfortable with.

We personally test each method to determine if it’s still working, and we even include screenshots to guide you on the correct way to check your balance in Globe. If you find out that a certain method is no longer working, just let us know and we will update this article.

Dial *143#

Just dial the USSD code *143# and a menu will appear. It will instantly show how much prepaid load you have remaining in your account.

Use the GlobeOne App

The GlobeOne app allows you to manage all aspects of your Globe prepaid or postpaid account. With this mobile app, you can check your load balance, track your data usage, subscribe to Globe promos, pay bills, buy or borrow load, and many more.

To start using the GlobeOne app, download it from Google Play or the App Store. Create an account and add your mobile number tapping your account name and then selecting “Manage Accounts.” Tap “Add Account” and follow the instructions to add your number.

You can switch between accounts (if you have several) and the app will instantly show that account’s load balance and remaining data balance, if any.

Conclusion

Checking your Globe balance is so easy that even a child can do it. The only issue is memorizing the numbers that you have to text or call.

We recommend saving these numbers in your contacts or phonebook for easy and convenient access. For example, you can save *143# as “Globe USSD code” and 222 as “Globe Balance Inquiry” in your contacts so you don’t have to memorize them.

If you have any questions and concerns about your Globe account, call the Globe customer service hotline 211.
