Are you looking for a copy of your Pag-IBIG Member’s Data Form (MDF) that you can use for business or employment purposes? Or maybe you only want to download a blank Pag-IBIG MDF that you can fill out and submit as your membership application for the Pag-IBIG Fund? Regardless of the purpose, we’re here to teach you how to get your Pag-IBIG MDF, whether it’s a copy of your form or a blank fillable document.
The Pag-IBIG Member’s Data Form (MDF) is a document that you need to accomplish and submit in order to become a full-fledged member of the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), or more commonly known as the Pag-IBIG Fund. The Pag-IBIG MDF contains a member’s personal details, addresses, contact information, employment history, and other relevant information. It also includes the 12-digit Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) Number as well as the Registration Tracking Number (RTN).
These days, registering as a member of the Pag-IBIG Fund can be done online. Prospective applicants need not fill out and submit the Pag-IBIG MDF because they can simply input their information on the Pag-IBIG online registration website. This is definitely easier and more convenient than the old method of manually filling out forms and personally bringing them to the Pag-IBIG office.
However, you can still use the Pag-IBIG MDF to apply for a Pag-IBIG number if you can’t (or don’t want to) register on the Pag-IBIG website. The Pag-IBIG Fund still accepts applications this way. Just download the Pag-IBIG MDF and print it on short bond paper, or you can get one at the Pag-IBIG office nearest you.
